This training is designed for Supervisors of staff who work in youth serving organizations. This training is required by the Older Youth System for agencies that will be having their youth specialist take the Youth Specialist training through the online classes.

RBST educates owners, managers, servers and sellers at alcohol establishments about strategies to avoid illegally selling tobacco or alcohol to underage youth or intoxicated patrons. REST is a unique, interactive training program, where you will receive the education and tools needed to be confident and successful in providing respite care to adults and children.  This training is taking place at the HARMS center in Scottsbluff in room A-103.

  • tips (training for intervention procedures)

TIPS is a training program where participants learn and understand basic information about alcohol and its effects. TIPS for Concessions is designed for community events, sports stadiums, civic centers, arenas and other festivities. All dates listed will be held at the Harms Advanced Technology Center in Scottsbluff. (Special classes can be arranged for your group or organization by contacting Brenda McDonald (, Region 1, 308-762-2545)

The goal of this workshop is to equip those who provide services to at-risk families with the tools that will increase their awareness and reduce their vulnerability to factors that could result in compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.

​​This 24-hour / 3 day course is designed for any law enforcement officer working in an educational environment.  This course, following the SRO Triad model, advances the SRO's knowledge and skills as a law enforcement officer, informal counselor, and educator. Within this course are oral presentations, videotaped practical exercises, and multiple discussions.  Attendees will need to sign in with their own user name and profile on the NASRO web page in order to register for the training.
